Please read these terms carefully before using A-One Collection. By accessing our platform you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the A-One Collection platform (“Platform”), including our website at aonecollectionstores.com.np and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our prior written consent
- Transmit spam, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or its servers
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws in Nepal
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately at support@aonecollectionstores.com.np if you suspect unauthorised use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Products & Pricing
Currently, the Platform operates exclusively as a single-merchant online store showcasing and selling products directly from A-One Collection Stores. While the multi-seller full marketplace features, seller panel, and KYC integrations are pre-loaded on the platform and open for partner pre-registration, third-party sales are not yet active on the storefront.
Once the multi-seller full marketplace is officially launched, verified independent partner merchants will be permitted to sell their products. When this occurs, product listings, descriptions, images, and prices will be managed by the respective third-party seller of the product, and the specific seller will be designated on the product detail page under the "Sold by" field.
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A-One Collection reviews listings to maintain high standards, but is not legally liable for listing inaccuracies uploaded by third-party partners. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will provide a full refund.
Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation notification. We currently accept:
- QR Payment: Scan-and-pay via any compatible banking or wallet application. Payment must be confirmed before the order is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment made in cash upon receipt of the order. Available for most locations across Nepal.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled paid order.
Delivery & Shipping
We deliver to almost all locations across Nepal. Some very remote areas may fall outside our current delivery network, so please contact us to confirm availability before placing an order.
- Within Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days
- Outside the Valley: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 3-5 day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must contact our support team within the return window
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via QR payment to your preferred account. Non-returnable items include perishables, personalised products, and items marked as final sale.
Seller Conduct
Upon the official launch of the multi-seller marketplace, all registered independent sellers must comply with our Seller Policy. Sellers will be prohibited from:
- Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or misleadingly described products
- Manipulating reviews or feedback
- Conducting transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
- Discriminating against buyers
Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. A-One Collection is not liable for seller misconduct, but we will investigate all reported violations and enforce compliance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and design, is the property of A-One Collection or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Product images submitted by sellers remain their property, but by listing on the Platform they grant A-One Collection a non-exclusive licence to display and promote that content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-One Collection and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Unauthorised access to your account or data
- Actions or omissions of third-party sellers or delivery partners
- Any errors or inaccuracies in product listings
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing legal remedies.
