A-One Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website aonecollectionstores.com.np and related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). Currently, the Platform operates exclusively as a single-merchant online store for A-One Collection Stores.

We are expanding into a full multi-vendor marketplace platform! The multi-seller platform and associated partner onboarding features (including merchant registration and business KYC verification integrations) are launching soon.

This Privacy Policy is designed to support our upcoming multi-vendor expansion. Once launched, verified third-party partner merchants will be allowed to register and list their inventories. At that stage, legal business verification data (such as Citizenship certificates, PAN numbers, and VAT credentials) will be collected and stored solely for regulatory compliance and KYC approval checks.
